Bit of a business at the front, party at the back vibe here. Maybe in reverse though. Aleatico undergoes a v short maceration prior to ferment, hence the gorgeous colour. A long time on the lees and a slightly shorter amount of time in bottle before release. This'll have you somewhere else, somewhere warmer and sunnier. Blood orange and red petals. Goer. ABV: 11.5%
