Pink Blaufränkisch from the good guys at Weingut Henrich. This is tasty, with far more bang for your buck than you'll find in Provence at this price point. Biodynamic fruit, wild yeast ferment and a few months spent on the lees has provided us with bright, red-fruited intensity and lovely mouthfeel. Deserves a nice lunchtime spread. ABV: 11%
