You can fully taste the effort. Unfermented Savagnin juice is reduced by half, fortified with neutral spirit and then sent to barrel for 5 years. It's a method almost as old as time itself, and one thats fortunately not a relic of the past. Pumped full of dried fruit flavour, herbal zing and citric cut. As far as fortifieds go this is such easy work to consume, just load up on a wheel of cheese. ABV:17%
