Grenache, both blanc and gris, from a tiny, high altitude plot. Hand harvested, fermented in smaller oak, and matured in concrete egg. Fast becoming one of Spain's great white wines, it's rippling with nervous tension, balancing out beautiful fruit and a saline finish. ABV: 14%
