This is the real deal. Cuvée Zaccharie is a selection of the best fruit raised in barriques for around 10–12 months, after which there is a second selection prior to final bottling. It always needs some time in bottle, and thankfully I've done the work for you. So harmonious, full of understated power and elegance. This is right up there for me. ABV: 13.5%
