Directly pressed Pinot for a wonderfully refreshing pink. A slightly smoky reduction is very much a good thing in my eyes, adding not only a delicious top note but also a sign the wine hasn't seen too much oxygen. Freshness is the name of the game. Tart berries, blood orange and just a whisper of Pinot spice. Clean and crushable. ABV: 12%
